“Shabab House” platform has launched a window on its website in English language coinciding with the first anniversary of its opening.
On this occasion, Mr. Asem Al-Shamiri, the head of “Shabab House” platform, stressed that this update is of a great importance in conveying the Yemeni youth’s stories, struggles, and views. Noting that this update is a qualitative and distinctive leap for the platform, and for its professional work as it keenly looks forward to expanding the horizons of Yemeni youth media.
Al-Shamiri pointed out that one of the platform’s goals is to convey the creative image that Yemeni youth have created, and the achievements they have achieved in the most difficult circumstances. He added that the English section in the platform will mainly focus on presenting stories, cases, studies and researches concerning Yemeni youth.
There are many successful stories achieved by Yemeni youth, as well as many issues that have to reach to a wider audience abroad, as this update will shed light on a new audience, and create a bridge of communication between Yemeni youth and the world. It is noteworthy that “Shabab House” platform was launched last year, coinciding with the International Youth Day, and is running by volunteers’ efforts.
